Practice Update

St Clair Medical Practice is currently preparing for the commencement of services under a new GP team.

During this transition period, GP consultations are temporarily unavailable. The practice remains open on limited days to assist patients with medical record requests, enquiries and transition matters.

The practice will reopen on Monday 3 August 2026.

Existing patients - Your medical records remain securely at the practice. You do not need to transfer your records or complete any paperwork. You will be able to book an appointment once bookings become available and our new medical team will be happy to continue your care.
